Refund & Returns Policy

At What Nay Likes, we want every customer to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and still in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include jewellery, beauty items, intimates, candles that have been opened or lit, and any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price. If you wish to initiate a return, simply send us a message with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once our team confirms that the item qualifies, we will share the return address. After the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be used for any future purchase on What Nay Likes. We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Exchanges are possible if the replacement item is still available; if it is not, store credit will be provided instead. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery and attach clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. Our goal is to ensure that every What Nay Likes experience feels smooth, stylish, and handled with care.
